Sighisoara, 17.08.2017 – Games and creative stationary are a must when it comes to getting ready for a new school year. At this Kinderland’s workshop kids had a freedom to choose which object they want to make and which one seems most useful for them.
Girls preferred to make things like where to keep their pencils and art supplies, and where to keep their savings- “money box”.
Favorite among boy’s was the game of “Target golf”.
Everyone found a creative way to make their object and no objects looked alike. How beautifully kids can show their differences. You could see kids using different colors and patterns and even techniques.
Volunteers had an amazing experience with kids and they themselves learned a lot. Working with kids is a good challenge and the more they spend time with kids they grow personally. It’s their responsibility to teach them something and make them feel welcomed. Our volunteers are doing a great job!
Join for next workshop on Thursday 24th, where you can learn painting and origami skills with a Japanese artist. Starting time is 3pm. Don’t miss it!
