As an unemployed young person in my homeland, I considered the prospect of volunteer work abroad as a way of gaining experience and new skills prior to entering the labour market. I was also very interested in the multicultural aspect of it. I didn’t think of it as a serious prospect, until “DID YOU KNOW?” EVS project was sent to me by a friend.
I immediately fell in love with the pictures of Brasov featured in said article! Most importantly, it mentioned that we would organize youth festivals. This was the first EVS program I had found that would involve arts, since I love arts.
