11.08.2017, Sighisoara – Music is one of the most powerful instruments to uncover your creativity. To help you express yourself and to make connections with the world. That’s why it’s important to teach kids this way of art. We need to show them all the ways they can be creative, all the ways they can uncover their true selves. This workshop showed kids how to use all the resources that they have to the fullest. These simple lessons can be very useful in long-term. They saw that you don’t need money to enjoy life’s simple pleasures, your mind and hands are enough.
Greatest award for Kinderland team is seeing the kids’ happy faces after they spend these couple of hours together, grateful for being part of their summer memories.
In the workshop they didn’t just make the instruments, they also put them in use. Youth center was filled with music this afternoon. From instrumental jam session, they soon discovered that they have the same taste in music and joined in a song.
Shoe box and some strings can make an awesome guitar, metal can and a balloon create a drum like no other, and you can even make a rain sound instrument if you have enough imagination.
