Iris Flagship Initiative – project took place from February until November 2015 and involved around the central idea of art and culture. The activities were based on theater, dance, music, painting, circus, outdoor activities, cultural and artistic events. The eight volunteers were also involved in organizing the Medieval Festival in Sighisoara, participating in the festivities and The Tartufazo, the theatre play. They held a free attended summer camp of two weeks at the end of July, 100 children attended.
